Why sign with us.

Most agencies sell you a deal. We sell you the next five years. We sign few creators on purpose — small enough to know your work, big enough to handle the four moves that compound a career: brand deals, press, speaking, and career management. The boring part is the consistency. The compounding is the outcome. If you've built something real and you're ready to turn it into a long-term business, this is the conversation.

Think you're a fit?

Tell us about your work. We read every application. If we think there's a fit, you'll hear back within five business days. If we're not the right team for your moment, we'll usually have a suggestion for who is.

In two or three sentences: what do you cover, and what makes your take different from everyone else covering it?

The filter

Who we sign. Who we don't.

The criteria below decide whether we say yes. We're upfront so you can self-select.

We sign creators who…

  • Are ambitious — building careers, not just content. Thinking past the next post.
  • Have a point of view — even one still finding its shape. We bet on potential as often as on proof.
  • Are easy to work with. Professional, communicative, no drama.
  • Want a small, sharp team behind them — not a deal mill, not a roster of fifty.

We don't sign…

  • ×People whose pitch leads with their follower count.
  • ×People whose presence is louder than the work.
  • ×People looking for an assistant, not a team.
  • ×Creators chasing the deal mill — high volume, every brief a yes, no narrative behind it.

What you get

Four lanes under one team.

The four moves that compound a creator's career — together, with the same team, on the same plan. Each one its own discipline. All four built to make the next one bigger.

Brand deals

Source, vet, negotiate. Contracts written for you, not against you.

Press

Earned media. Profiles, bylines, podcast features. Stories, not press releases.

Speaking

Conferences, panels, fireside chats. Stages that fit the arc.

Career management

Long-term strategic counsel. Platform, product, the next five years.

Questions creators ask.

The honest answers to what most creators want to know before applying.

Most engagements run on annual terms with mutual exit clauses. We're exclusive on the lanes we take on for you — not on the entirety of your career. If you already have a manager or another team for a specific lane, we work alongside them rather than replace them. We'll be explicit about scope before anything gets signed.

It varies by engagement structure and lane mix — commission-only, retainer plus commission, sometimes project-based. The discovery call is where we figure out which structure fits your moment. There's no template that does the question justice.

The discovery call is one to two hours. After signing: two to four hours a month for monthly check-ins and approvals. Quarterly reviews are usually a half-day. Less if your operation is tight, more in launch quarters. We design the cadence around how busy you are.

It will. Career plans get redrawn — we redraw with you at the quarterly review. The method is built for change because change is built into the cadence. You don't have to stay on the path we set in year one. The plan exists so we know we're choosing the change, not drifting into it.

Yes. Apply anyway. We don't filter on follower count — we filter on ambition, point of view, and the temperament for the work. We sign on potential as often as on proof. If you're early but building something deliberate, the call is worth having. If we're not the right team for your moment yet, we'll usually have a suggestion for who is or what to focus on for the next twelve months.
